I am climbing with a guiding company, so I should get some good basics. Been doing alot of reading (Freedom of the Hills). Anyone else going to be at Mt. Hood April 1/2? Quote

Ricardo_Montalban Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 there are other crevasses on the south side that people have fallen into. if you're too far to the east above the palmer snowfield, there may be a few near the edge of white river canyon. i believe the crevasses in this particular area are highly depended on the current snow pack and you should have no problem this year.
