Your favorite irreverent TGR avatar?

Since there's not much snow, lets talk about the Teton Gravity Research forums. I'm sure most of us here also read TGR. One of the (many) things that contiounously impresses me about TGR is the creativity and vileness of the avatars. Here's one I just noticed today:
