pookie79 Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 I wear a men's size 10 to 10.5 US with normal width. What size Koflach Expe boots would anyone recommend? Quote
sobo Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 The same. I wear the same size shoe as you, and have the same size Koflach Expes that you are considering. Quote
mraskier Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 I can't speak to expe's but I have the same size foot and went with 11 degre. It gave me room for a custom footbed, and extra socks. I would err on the side of a touch to big... I have made the mistake of going a bit too small wiht disasterous results. Warmth is really comprimised when a boot is too small. Quote
John S Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 (edited) Hey one thing I would bring up folks may or may not address on this issue. When you buy plastic boots make sure you have PLENTY of toe room. Rest Step, Ice climbing et. al. has you kicking your toe into to the snow/ice and if you don't make sure you have the toe room your purple big toe will be screaming. Also, your feet will swell so don't go off a 10 minute walk... rent some and get on the ice or climb a glacier. They my seem big at first but keep your big toe in mind before you drop the cash on too small a boot! Edited December 9, 2022 by John S Quote
John S Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 I have size 11 feet and I needed size 11.5. The liners can adjust to width of your feet but a plastic boot ain't gonna get longer no matter what Quote
