I can't speak to expe's but I have the same size foot and went with 11 degre. It gave me room for a custom footbed, and extra socks. I would err on the side of a touch to big... I have made the mistake of going a bit too small wiht disasterous results. Warmth is really comprimised when a boot is too small.

Hey  one thing I would bring up folks may or may not address on this issue. When you buy plastic boots make sure you have PLENTY of toe room. Rest Step, Ice climbing et. al. has you kicking your toe into to the snow/ice and if you don't make sure you have the toe room your purple big toe will be screaming. Also, your feet will swell so don't go off a 10 minute walk... rent some and get on the ice or climb a glacier. They my seem big at first but keep your big toe in mind before you drop the cash on too small a boot!
