jmace Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Same shit here too, kinda sucks, the sucess rate for both these models is low but it still sucks that both have come to the same conclusion, that is if your in to ice climbing http://weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/saisons/image_e.html?img=sfe1t_s Quote
Dru Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Pretty meaningless, i saw a woolybear caterpillar yesterday with a huge growth of fuzz, that means its gonna be a COLD winter Quote
jmace Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Interesting that after we talked about this, I think it was this weekend that a whole bunch of squid washed up in washington, apparently they were travelling in some warmer than usual water. Signifying what scientists have been saying that we are seeing a small elnino event. This seems to be in agreement with the models predicting a warmer than normal winter, due to this elnino event. I hope not but interesting anyways. Quote
