Bugaboos conditions

I'm planning on heading up to the Bugs for ten days beginning this weekend, but today I heard third-hand that, due to diminished snow conditions, it now takes three raps to get down from the Snowpatch/Bugaboo col.

 

Has anyone been up there lately? If so, can you confirm or deny that report?

Try a post on the www.live-the-vision.com bulletin board those Canmorons get over to the Bugs more than we do.

 

Or there was also a recent Bugs Tr on rec.climbing (use Google groups to find it)

 

Or call up the ACC and ask someone at the National Clubhouse, they talk to Kain hut on the radio every day and so will know conditions.
