Triple Couloir on Dragontail Peak

Whats the status of this route? anyone climbed it recently?

The colouirs are still there, and they provide a line of access to the summit from the base.

How is the approach right now? Still enough coverage to ski? Or can you just hike it now.. without floatation?

Last weekend it was easily walkable w/o flotation (hardpacked snow) to the where the trail starts heading uphill to Colchuck Lake. We put skins on there, so I dunno how bad it would be after - probably kind of bad. The lake would have definitely been crappy w/o flotation.

Highly recommend floatation...with this warmth, and last week's snow, it'll be nothing but bottomless mush down low, particularly in the afternoons. There was between 6 inches to almost 2 feet of wind-transported fresh on the slopes below Cashmere last Sat.

A friend of mine was up at the lake last w/e and said that there was a lot of stuff sliding off. The freezing level is still high so I might expect the same.
