Started the Workout From Hell in November and I am just coming down off it. I modified it a bit. 20-25 Reps in the first stage instead of the recommended 30 and 3 different exercises per muscle group instead of the recommended 4. It did the trick. I lost a bit of fat and became considerably stronger. I have really noticed it in both my Ice and Rock performance. I am recommending it to all of you if you have the time.

Were you able to do it by yourself? I always thought I wouldn't have the gusto to get through that routine without a partner. Just curious - what are you peaking for right now?

after 25 reps the last 5 dont hurt anymore. really. and your get the taste of lactic acid.

I am peaking wave.gifwave.gifright now because:

1. I don't want to be on a strict weight regimine throughout the summer.

2. I'm not trying to match my peak to any sort of Redpointing goal.

3. I'm not totally done with the WFH yet.
