layton Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 CLimbed the NW face of Mt Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy today. Stellar bluebird day as I drove to the TH. 4.5 hours of vertical bushwacking and dirt grabbing led to the base of the 5000' ice flanks of Mt. Jimmy^3. It was soo sweet. thunk thunk thwack, kick kick up perfect neve and water ice(AI4, WI5) to the mixed rock band. Several dicey moves to the summit cornice which I smote with a might blow. The summit was fantastick and I took a self-portrait on top! The descent was straightfoward skiing on corn snow back to beers at the car. Wait! No I didn't. Damn, I'm soooo fucking bored! Quote
