Death on Jack Mountain

Anybody know any details about this accident? Incredibly sad. Condolences to his friends and family,  especially his wife and kids.

I climbed Jack via Nohokomeen Headwall on May 13th, 2023. After the the trip my neighbor stopped by to chat. My neighbor climbed the summer route. He happened to know the victim. They climbed Little Tahoma together in 2018. My neighbor's friend told him that the victim partner came down first, and all of a sudden the victim rolled down. It was not clear if they were rappelling or climbing down.
