Bosterson Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 David Kantola's weather graphs interpolating NWAC data for the prior 7 days appear to have gone offline - the dkantola.nl URL now redirects to a .cn jewelry website. Not sure what's going on there, but those graphs were fantastic. Anyone know whether they were moved elsewhere, or if there's another source for telemetry weather graphs like that? Quote
max Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 oh yeah! I'm following this because those graph WERE awesome, especially on a low-data phone. Quote
slb Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 You can customize the graphs right on the NWAC site: https://www.nwac.us/data-portal/graph/18/ Quote

The original kantola graphs worked 100% of the time and quick-like. Quote
Water Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 good to see you here max. You gave me advice on some rudimentary climbing stuff here like 9 years ago, like talking boots and ice axes n shit. the new graphs suck. They allow more customization but I never wanted that. I just wanted a direct link to the image file that showed the last 9 days or whatever. This file is 22kb. I could have direct links to each weather station to follow the past week's weather and get a current bead on it. The new setup is clunky af. Quote

If you customize the chart and then save it as a bookmark and then try to open the saved one in a new tab, it also just says "loading plots" and spins indefinitely without loading the graph. Lame.
