  13. Sklag... Prov Hosp in Everett uses CRNAs... St Joe Hosp Bellingham does not, nor does Skagit in Mt Vernon... Naval Hosp @ NAS Whidbey utilizes CRNAs, as does I believe Whidbey Gen (Coupeville).. Island Hosp in Anacortes does not.. Cascade Valley Hosp in Arlington also uses CRNAs.. Seattle and the immediate surounding area I am not sure of anymore... tho I am sure there are many Anes Depts utilizing CRNAs in that vast area.. Congatulations on your medical profession choice.. I have been a CRNA for.. my God, over 20 yrs now.. It has been and continues to be a very rewarding yet challenging profession.. in which I feel very fortunate to be a practicing professional. As was mentioned above, reimbursments in WA are unjustifiably low... but the vast majority of staff CRNA packages are still very competative... The very best of luck to you in your position search and your practice.

As you know.. it could be worse.. I'm sure you'll find your bike and begin the rebuild process of your muscle mass.. You body knows what's supposed to be down there. Glad you're on your way back Steph... Mark

  24. http://www.examiner.com/rving-in-national/hiker-killed-by-mountain-goat-olympic-national-park NPS officials say that a hiker died Saturday after reportedly being fatally attacked by a mountain goat (Oreamnos americanus) at Olympic National Park in Washington State. Barb Maynes, spokeswoman for Olympic National Park, told the AFP Sunday that the victim Robert Boardman, 63, was hiking with his wife and a friend when he "apparently sustained fatal injuries after the encounter" with the ram. Mountain goats usually weigh between 100–300 lbs and ironically it is the nanny goat that tends to be more aggressive than its male counterpart. Maynes said details of the incident remain sketchy and that an investigation is currently underway - the goat was fatally shot by park rangers subsequent to the incident. Maynes stressed that such an attack "is highly, highly unusual…we are not aware of anything like this ever happening" at the park before. ----------------
