Once again, I went out and bought a pack that doesn't fit right (I seem to have a lot of trouble getting packs that fit).
It's in great, almost new condition. Although I've never even taken it out on a hike, I let my wife go up Mt. Si with it once.
Here's a description of the Chaos:
Gregory Chaos 42 Litre
A super lightweight medium sized pack ideal for weekend trips and climbing. Top loading pack with mesh pockets on both sides. Capacity 42L
The Chaos is the simplest mid-sized pack in the Escape Series. Featuring a narrow profile and clean design, the Chaos performs like a natural extension of your body, whether you're out on a long ski tour or at the crux of a challenging alpine climb. Two vinyl covered gear loops keep your ice tools or pro close at hand. In addition, there are twin Kitchen Sink mesh pockets for extra stuff, and the floating top pocket secures your rope. The Chaos sports our Stealth suspension, providing a stable ride even when you're catching some radical air. All in all, the Chaos will help you keep your cool when conditions begin to get out of control.
