I have to agree with
about boys and BIG toys or substitute penis enlargements. It may be true that we are lacking funds to fix roads and schools. But wouldn't that be the responsiblity of our state budget and not federal funding. I could be wrong, but someone informed me that federal is to serve and PROTECT the country - not take time or money intervene with state issues. It also seems that our federal government has been trying to take over the state's job as well.

What a horrible experience for those to lose thier homes and history
This year has been so dry. It is scary to think about what wildlife (what is left) will fill the streets of the small towns forging for food.

Are you for real???
If so, put your soap in and let the hot or warm water run about 1/2 full to dissolve the powder. It is better to use liquid - but too damn expensive to just wash clothes.
But my way helps to prevent any residue.
You might want to consult Greg_W - he is the expert.
AND the TP needs to go in the back or bottom. Mush easier to find in the dark.
