"Yeah we've had reports of a stalled semi on the Duffey Lake Road . . ."

Most of your movies, although funny, don't even come near Borat. The brilliance is in the different levels: you've got the potty humour of bringing your shit to the dinner table in a plastic bag, and then the high brow cultural swipes, the guy at the rodeo explaing that Borat should shave his moustache to avoid looking like a terrorist, all so we can be "free"

I think I just broke my esophagus on that movie. Every showing has been sold out since it opened here. Ummmm yeah so there's this 300 lb Khazak and he's ummm . . .

Tangent: Experiences with BD Guide:
-way more friction than Reverso, good for 8-9mils, but almost too much friction for 10+mil . . . gonna stick to Reverso for the fatties, so basically the Guide is the same for me as the Reversino . . .

Yeah it doesn't go with my grey facial tones very well. Here's me in another jacket I'm selling, though this ones a bit less technical . . .

Climb: Baker Backcountry-
Date of Climb: 11/18/2006
Trip Report:
Perhaps the best first day of the season in years? Snow conditions were excellent up high off the Table ridge, heavier down low and mixed with chunky avi debris. Tried to find a cool gully and ended up above a waterfall, but there really wasn't that much b/s or rocks poking through
We were expecting hoards of gapers, but the jibbing quotient was surprisingly low. Ran into Kellie and Rolf, though
Pan Dome a ways off, but there was some stuff forming on the south side of Herman.
Gear Notes:
Full freshiez rack
