wheelbreaker180 Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 (edited) Trip: Mt. Hood - Sunshine Route (Tilly Jane Lot Start) Date: 4/2/2016 Trip Report: Three of my friends and I climbed the sunshine route last weekend in one day (13ish hours) and skied from the top of the Elliot Headwall to the lot. I don't have time to write a full trip report, but the route is in great condition right now (Tilly Jane will likely be pretty dirty by this weeknd). If anyone has any specific questions about the route or its condition please respond to the thread or shoot me a message. 14 miles round trip (7 up and 7 down) 7880' of vertical gain Gear Notes: Crampons, 2 ice screws, snow stake, belay device, 2 ice axes, skis, skins, boxed wine, helmet and prussics and lots of water and food and sun screen.
