I bought these boots a couple years ago, they are awesome but I was just getting into winter activities and bought the wrong size. They have been used maybe 10 times between hiking and ice climbing. I did nick the right one with my crampon, you can see the tiny scratch in the plastic near the toe, it is very small and does not effect the boot! They have been treated with Sno-Seal twice, once when I first got them and then again the next year. As I said, they're the wrong size for me, I'm a 40.5 not a 42, I thought I could make them work but for ice climbing they're just to big. I move to the women's Evo's but I will say these boots are way warmer and more comfortable to be in all day! If you're a women with a size 10 foot or a guy with small feet, these would be perfect! I'm happy to answer any questions so please if you're serious about the boots feel free to ask away! They were originally $499, asking $225. Contact me at eight-zero-two-380-six-nine-eight-eight

FWIW, I have a pair and can confirm they are a wonderful all mountain boot. Not as big and stiff as LS Nepal or Scarpa Montblanc, but plenty of boot for ice climbing and steep alpine climbing. My feet were never cold.
