jascrabol Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 (edited) (2/22/14): Alpental BC, north side of Chair peak. large slide during transition buried a Pryor Khyber splitboard and touring skis w/ Radical ST's. Slide path started below the rock face on North side of Chair peak and spread all the way down to Snow Lake. Thankfully no injuries, please let me know if you see anything this season. mscho Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 we got really lucky that no one was lost/injured. We were luckily on the outside of the path and were not swept into the couloir. It was my split board that was lost which was a Carbon fiber Pryor Khyber with Karakorum bindings and my Black Diamond poles. Please contact me if anyone sees our gear.
