Rainier in March/April

Looking for a partner to do Rainier with sometime in the upcoming months. Winter job is coming to an end so my schedule is open/flexible. I'd like to go asap. My glacier travel is very limited, so I would prefer someone with more experience in that regard. Fitness is there, I could go this week if someone was up for it.

 

Would like to meet up somewhere in greater Seattle area before hand to plan.

My objective in March or April is to climb Mt. Rainier via Gib Ledges or Fuhrer Finger or any other routes except DC or Ingraham Direct. I climbed Mt. Rainier about 8 times in all seasons and summited two times. I can't take day-offs easily. So when weather is permitting and condition is right, I can climb anytime.
