Quint191 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 (edited) Hi, Got these for a screaming deal, but don't fit my foot well. Never used except to walk around a bit inside to try on. Size 43 Euro / 10 US. Edited December 2, 2012 by Quint191 Quote
Ian1216 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Are these too small or too big for you? Quote
Quint191 Posted December 1, 2012 Author Posted December 1, 2012 If you're contemplating the sizing, you should try on a pair. I think they run true to size, but they don't fit my foot well. I have really wide feet in the front, but a super narrow heel, and while they're more comfortable than La Sportiva boots for my foot, my heal is too narrow and slips. Quote
darrenv Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Hi, Do you still have the Mont Blanc's?? Are they in Seattle (your profile)? Let me know and I will come by and try them on. Thanks Darren 425 260 0818 my mobile - text is ok. Quote
Steve Brey Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 If Darren doesn't take these I would like to take them off your hands. Let me know if they are still available. Thanks! -Steve 206 963 4543 text ok Quote
Quint191 Posted January 26, 2013 Author Posted January 26, 2013 BUMP! Meeting with Darren fell through and then I got busy at work. Now I've been buying too much ski gear and need to offload these ASAP. Still brand new, still $250. Thanks! Quote
JRay Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Hey Quint! Killer boots there... I have the older Freneys made by Scarpa. My feet used to be too wide in them initially and I kept playing with them... switching out insoles and whatnot. What ended up working for me was to not lace the two eyelets at the widest part of my foot and then I left some slack in the laces up until the last lockdown eyelets at the ankle flex point. I didn't notice it working at first but after a couple trips up the mountain, these fit like a dream and are my favorite boots. This might be a solution for you as well. Just wanted to throw that out there. Cheers! Quote
Serg Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 hi! I'm also interested about their availability! Quote
