Hi all (waves shyly!).

I'm new to Portland climbing but have years of experience clambering around in New Zealand. I'm here for three months and have arrived with nagging injuries (usual pelvis and shoulders....) I'm hoping someone here may have recommendations for therapists who are either climbers themselves or have a good understanding of climbing related injuries and requirements....ie: I don't want someone who'll tell me I need to put my feet up and not climb for the three months I'm here! I want someone who understands the drive to climb.

Keen to see what New Zealanders would call a physiotherapist or an osteopath. I'm a little suspicious of chiropractors but would consider a visit if you all knew a good one who you could recommend.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Anna

Ask for Tony (Say Rhoda's husband sent you)

If you want to try a Chiro then the only one I'd consider is:
