Greetings,

I'm Eric, a teacher, and have the summer off. I'm looking for mountaineering partners to hit some beginner to intermediate glacier/snowy climbs in the cascades from about June 22-29.

I've got my eye on some classic climbs up El Dorado, Dome peak, or another attempt up Shuksan. I'm also open to suggestions. I've been browsing the Beckey books for guidance.

By way of experience, I've taken the 12-day mountaineering leadership course through AAI last summer. During the course we made two full-on attempts of Baker, some class 5.7 stuff on early morning spire. I've also made technical attempts on Shuksan and twin sisters following the course.

Phone/email works best: 662 670 4228 or ericdarsow[at]byu.net. I'll be in some national parks hiking but will get back to you asap.

Cheers all,

ecd
