D/H to Lovin' Arms, early may

I get out of school here in MT may 2nd and have to be back in olympia by the 5th to go to california with a buddy for a couple days, if the weather is decent I'd like to climb the DH/LA on friday the 4th, anyone willing to meet me for a day of climbin'? I've been lusting for index's granite for the last 8 months.

forgot to add; I'll have all my climbing gear with me so all I need is a partner with a belay device (and also knows how to use it of course). I'd like to swing leads but i'll do the bulk of leading if it comes down to it, or vice versa, basically I want to climb up it.

 

Last year I rapped down it coming off of green dragon and have been meaning to go back and climb it ever since.

DH/LA is a great route. I'd do it anytime, except May 4th!

Suggest some alternate dates if you want to do it.

We hiked up to the base of the upper wall today. DHLA was wet on the first pitch. I think if the 1st pitch is wet the 4th pitch will certainly be wet. It has been raining the last 3 days, I think you need a couple days for it to dry out.

 

When I rope soloed it the first pitch was relatively dry and I got past the 3rd pitch crux and thought it was in the bag. The 4th pitch was wet and slimy inside the crack, kicked my as*.
