EricN Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Hi all, I'm fairly new to the sport and looking to meet some more people that are interested in climbing at some of the local crags. I'm pretty easy to get along with and have a solid understanding of the fundamentals so you won't have to carry me in that regard. I would say that my 'technical expertise' has surpassed my climbing ability at this point, which I think is to be expected. I have led up to 5.8 and followed up to 5.10a if that makes much of a difference to you. Most of it has been clipping bolts but I've cleaned a few trad routes and really enjoyed that. Anyway, I prefer to climb midweek to avoid crowds since I have that time available but won't pass up a Saturday if that's all we can work out.
