mikelazicki
Hey there I'm moving to Colorado the end of May and would like to climb Rainier one last time. Any takers? Something relatively safe
Erin
I would be down to climb Rainer as I have been itching to get back on the mountain! Which route are you thinking? If you're thinking safe then DC is probably the best bet.
mikelazicki
DC or Emmons or...? I can go midweek or weekends.
saxybrian
I'm down if it's Gib Ledges or Nisqually Icefall. They're both loaded with snow now, so should be pretty safe. Let me know if you're interested as I need to book a flight out there.
Jordan
I was thinking about heading up there Monday-tuesday. Wasnt planning on summiting, (Was just gonna solo camp at muir or the flats) but I'd imagine I'm in decent enough shape if I get up there and I'm feelin froggy. Jordan
It was a blue bird day up there today. Above 7k there wasnt a cloud in the sky (except below you!) Snow conditions were perfect. Ingraham Direct would be the ticket for an easy ascent right now.
