Also, couldn't we have just lied about taking him off of the state terrorism thing so the folks could have got the cash? Sorry K, :: wrong He has maintained tight control by clamping down on dissidents but his oil-producing nation is now beginning to feel the wind of change that is blowing across the Arab world.
