late season route suggestions? climbing partner?

Hello, I am new to this site and new to Rainier. My roomy and I will be climbing Rainier for my B-day this year. not sure of route yet, maybe just hit up DC for first accent... but would love suggestions for late season routes! we are both 30 year olds, male and somewhat experienced. we both have done a few Shasta trips and several other, lesser summits. I am a part time rock climber and have rope/harness/ and some ice gear. We are planning on just us two but thought it would be nice to have a third (or fourth?), preferably with experience on the mt. We will be driving all Fri night and hiking to base camp Sat with summit attempt sun or Mon as weather dictates.

I will add those to the list for sure! I need to climb Rainier for, as many, the experience/training it provides for future climbs (Denali).
