Google Earth Images

Is it my imagination, or can you make out boot tracks on the latest images of Rainer on Google Earth? It almost seems like you can see a rope team heading out of Muir!

 

It’s not possible that you would be able to see boot tracks on the South Col rt on Everest between Camps 3 and 4(Yellow Band, Geneva Spur... leading to S col) is it?

Yes, you can actually follow the trail down from the summit, down the DC, all the way to camp as well.
