Squamish or Index/L-worth

Hey, Canadian friends, should I come to Squamish for Angel's Crest/Rock On/Ultimate on Sat anf Grand Wall stuff on Sun, or better stay in WA. I am afraid north side of the Chief is wet. What about Apron?

Thanks, D. Is that a norm nowadays? I recall, years ago, Squamish proper weather was better than f-cast.

AC/UE/RO are all wet, its been spittig all day today.

 

You have a 30% chance of a shower for sqmsh Sunday morning, I dont think this is advertised anywhere yet.

 

Actually TWN, which is crap, has latched on to something for Sudnay, I cant imagine much more than a quick shower Sunday morning..but that may take the grand out of the picture for you

I would stay if I was u and wait for a better weekend, or at least one where it hasnt been raining for days beforehand. That being said that will be plenty of climbable rock this weekend, long routes highly doubtful.

Great info and thanks, JMace. I was heading up there Sat with a few of the same objectives...might push the trip back by a few days to get the most out of our time there.
