Mt. Shasta - Memorial Day weekend (May 28-30)

Anybody in the Portland aread heading up Shasta for Memorial Day weekend?

 

I am. (leaving Portland, Oregon on the 28, drive back to Portland on the 30th)

I have room in my outback for 2 other peeps who can share gas cost and some driving. I am not looking for a climbing partner, just some cool peeps who can share some of the transportation costs, but it's cool to if we can climb together, otherwise we part ways once we get there. I am going via the Avy Gulch route (yeah, the Tourist route as my friends calls it)

I am male of advaced age of 45

Hey,

I know this is a little late, but, are you still heading down to climb Shasta?

Need a partner or two?

My friend and I, both novices but with a little experience, ie. have climbed Hood and Adams, he's a proficient rock climber, are thinking of heading down.

Just wondered if you're still going, and looking for partners/ driving or otherwise. . .
