Water Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 (edited) I returned a piece that I wore little, however it developed a serious defect with the velcro on the cuffs so I returned it. Patagonia gave me a refund gift-card for $168 reflecting the final retail/sale price for the jacket. I have absolutely no need for clothing of any form whatsoever at this point, even though their stuff rocks, and would rather have the money for gear. Thanks Edited March 18, 2010 by Water Quote
Water Posted March 18, 2010 Author Posted March 18, 2010 *bump* is there a market price a store credit/gift card goes for? or do I just need to come across the right person (someone about to buy something from patagonia?) Quote
alexbaker Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 Dude I don't think it is worth most peoples time to go meet someone from the internet to get 8 dollars in credit. Quote
hydroman Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 My guess is that it's not worth someone's time to buy it from you to save 8 bucks. If you google something along the lines of "sell gift cards" you'll get a ton of sites that are for just this sort of thing. Not sure what the exchange rate to cash is though. Good luck. Quote
Water Posted March 18, 2010 Author Posted March 18, 2010 fair enough. those online gift card buying sites don't take patagonia cards and suck to begin with. Drop to $150 before it goes on craigslist or ebay (which it appears they do okay on). thanks Quote
jmace Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 If those other websites dont work out for you then Ill give you 100$ I dont need to spend much more than that so...just reply here if that works for you, otherwise good luck. Cheers J Quote
