Not sure. I am 6 foot, with a 33-ish inseam. They fit me fine.

 

North Face doesn't sell them anymore, so I'm not sure if I can poach sizing info from other NF pants.

I'd like them, but doubt they'd be long enough. I'm 6'5" with long legs...can you pull a tape on them?

Personally, I like them to be a little short anyway. Capri length is ideal.
