I have placed a few times just becuase but I AM NOT AN ICE CLIMBER. It was for piece of mind on mountianeering routes. It is just under 4 inches. $20 3 BRAND NEW Omega Pacific Snow Pickets. Carried on a couple hikes but as new as if they just came off the shelf. The snow in Montana can't hold a picket until late summer and I dont need them sitting around. $10 each $45 if you buy the whole package.
