I was indoor bouldering recently and heard an audible crunch/pop from knuckle on my left middle finger. Loud enough for spotter to ask if the hold had cracked. I emailed her to find out if your type of injury is something they deal with regularly. I'll get back to you once I hear from her. Take care.
