where to buy Kinesio Tape in SEA?

I'm wearing some now that my therapist put on me for a case of tennis elbow. I'd like to get a roll (2" wide) so I can reapply between PT sessions. Where to buy it?

Theratek in Ballard sells Kinesio tape (http://www.theratek.com/SearchForm.aspx?Search=kinesio+tape). You can order online or by phone and then pick it up at the Ballard office to avoid shipping charges. Otherwise, there are tons of online stores through which to purchase the tape. Lastly, many PT clinics that use the tape will also sell rolls of the tape.
