Fairweather Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Limited operation today, so we skied for about 5 hours until the cover got too thin, then headed home. For 25 bucks we couldn't complain. Yes, there are quite a few rocks and even more brush sticking up. The top is not open. I wouldn't want to ski Sunday unless it snows a little more tonight. Also, I drove up FS Road 73 (on the way home) to the snow park just to see how it looked. There is about 3 feet of snow all the way from 410 to the snow park, but the road hasn't been plowed. I don't think its passable w/o 4wd and clearance, but there is more than enough snow for some good ski or snowshoe touring up the White River or Sun Top. Quote
Argus Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Apparently the top opened at 2. We spent all day touring and enjoyed numerous face shots. Quote
