Hard to get 2 Big 4 ice caves?

Does anyone know what are the current logistics (post washout of a few years ago) of getting to the Big 4 ice caves?

There's no bridge over the Stilly yet, so you have to ford it. I don't know if there's a good logjam or not. Water's probably pretty fast-running about now.
