Shasta in November?

I'm looking for a November 8 or 15 weekend climb, and I'm wondering how the conditions are on Shasta this time of year (typically).

Not good...

It's usually a thin layer of snow over scree. Nasty.

but it was posted before the mountain got some snow over the last couple of days.

Best to wait until winter or spring.
