WTB: hiking poles

Want to buy hiking poles, perferably with rubber tips, for a person who's about 5' tall and growing fast.

I like my Black Diamond flick lock poles (I forgot which model, but they are 3 piece). Highly adjustable and durable thus far.

I would recomend the old ski poles. lighter cheaper, less stuff to mess with and break, no worries if you lose one, nobody wants to steal them either. The only downside is they can be tough to pack if you are planning to carry over a technical section.
