Pencil_Pusher Posted November 1, 2002 Posted November 1, 2002 It's find a cheap one or shell out the $60. Any pointers? Maybe some place local? Quote
ScottP Posted November 1, 2002 Posted November 1, 2002 I made one out of a length of 4x6 using a combination of various sizes of paddle and forstner drill bits and a router with a variety of round-over bits. If you drill through, you can use strips of emery paper or sanding belts to further smooth the thing. With a coat of exterior texture paint-the kind with sand in it- you've got something very useful. Brock_Landers Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 You can buy the metolius board that is in my garage for 25 amerrican dollars if you come get it. Its a few years old but still can break your tendons. Quote
Fence_Sitter Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 instead of buying texture paint, jsut throw in some sand into some cheapo paint you have lying around...i did that on the plywood of a climbing wall and it worked out ok... Quote
