markinator2000 Posted June 4, 2008 Posted June 4, 2008 Hello Folks, I am a fellow mountain enthusiast from Colorado looking to do a bit of ski mountaineering next week in the Cascades. I have been involved as an assistant instructor with a ski mountaineering school in Colorado for a couple years, so I am not without some experience. But that experience is solely related to non-glaciated peaks. As such, my partner and I are thinking of skiing the south side of Mount Adams, as I believe it to be crevasse-free. Can someone point me to either a book or website that covers the route in detail, with trailhead directions, map (though I will suppliment with USGS topos), and description. Sincerely, Mark Fell Quote
