Alpental Ice

I am interested in trying some water ice next winter. I have heard rumors of ice near the Alpental ski area but cannot not find a lot of beta on a google search. How do you get there? Do you just park at the Alpental ski area?

Ok that link isn't complete as a guide, but great for updated conditions

. There is ice sprinkled through the valley. it takes some exploring , luck and low avvy danger. There is some good info in the guidebook that the link talks about.
