what ever happened to "The magic line"

new to these forms and you guys & gals seen to know alot about gear and fabrics and cool shit. so, a few years ago a new manufacture called The Magic Line popped up making some neet stuff and then went away again as fast is it came. they made "system" clothing/packs/bags for climbers to use. I like the ideas, but at the time i couldnt look at an alpine wall without pooping myself, so, i stayed off the radar. Now i want to know where they are?

Maybe they were bought out / sold out to a larger company and completely integrated.
