Is the new VeggieTales movie (The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything) a Christian attack on the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster?

 

Maybe it's just a little tongue in cheek since the movie apparently has no outwardly Christian imagery unlike its predecessors.
