Hey folks!

I live in Colorado and I am looking to join a group of people that are looking at climbing Rainier before the normal season closes. I was there in July, but had to turn back on the DC because of weather. I have a current climbing pass and could be ready to go in a matter of days(airfare and etc.)! I am 43, but a strong climber! I would entertain other routes, but would depend on the difficulty... Let me know.... ->Walter

This upcoming weekend is my last in Oregon, and I'd love to get a last summit in before I head back to the pint-sized Appalachians in North Carolina. Most of my climbing experience is rock climbing, but I know the mountaineering basics and am in good aerobic condition.

What do you think?

Shane thanks for the offer this weekend, but the airfare is $903 and it would make it extremely difficult with two days notice. Perhaps you and Ed should hookup for this weekend!

Appreciate all the comments and I will keep checking back for any news....
