Summit Horn Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Has anyone ever been on Obstr Point Road in May? I am thinking about snowshoeing it as far in as possible since I know its full of beautiful views and the Olys are supposed to have good weather this weekend. Quote
Drederek Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Not much snow left below 4k in the SE Olympics on monday. Where is this road? Quote
GJA Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Obstruction Point Road leaves the Hurricane Ridge Road at the edge of the parking lot before reaching Hurricane Ridge Lodge itself. The road is to the south (if I'm remembering correctly). Steeple Rock is the first prominent feature you'll see. Snow is where you find it. And the views can be awesome. Quote
