mythos size 44

I have a pair of mythos that I sized too small and need to get rid of. they are size 44 and I have had them for 6 months but havent used them a ton. the soles are worn but are a long ways from a resole. size 44 would be comfortable for an american size 12 or so. maybe a 12.5 but I am a 13 and these definitely feel like my sport shoes.
