kix Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 While he was amenable to letting climbers use the area and even to regrade the road up to the boulders, this sentence, which can be interpreted widely, opened up the discussion and the perception that the owner was open to regrading the road, at his expense. only after your last post would I interpret this to mean he would allow climbers (or others) to regrade the road. I do not see anyhing wrong with any of the comments posted above, they gave you the opportunity to clarify your original points increasing everyones understanding of the situation. defensive much? not sure how any posts here could adversely impact your relationship with the owner. just reads like harmless opinions and discussion to me.
