If it 'tis, would an ice axe be recommended for competent travelers? Would it be worth skiing the approach? Sorry I don't have a map in front of me. Thanks! NYC007 Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 dont bring skis. from WA pass I saw little snow on hike in, there is a lil left in the descent gully which should make it more pleasent.
