Partner for Mt Rainier-July

I am planning on coming to Seattle in July and would like to team up with a group to climb Rainier. I am a novice (2 years); Summitted MT.Shasta last July, been to Ouray twice,assorted weekend rock climbs in the Ozarks, and did the Paradise to Muir hike in August. Excellent physical condition (former college gymnast); have all the necessary gear, equipment and desire! I'm looking for someone that can help me further grow my alpine climbing knowledge and experiences. My dates are flexible as I travel extensively on business; I'd like to spend 2 nights on the mountain before the summit attempt (will this help with acclimatization?) and then maybe a third night back at Muir.
