I have to say that I was a bit uncertain about ordering from a French website, but it turned out very well. Telemark-Pyrenees had the best price I could find on a pair of Garmont Adrenalin AT boots and they arrived just as ordered in five days. I couldn't be happier. fruit.gif

Their site doesn't mention mountaineering boots. You could probably email, but it looks like the duties they list are pretty minimal, 2.8%, so it might not be a big deal. I would guess that the savings would be more than that or you wouldn't consider the hassle in the first place.

If memory serves correctly there are none on mountaineering boots. Usually the brokerage fee charged is the killer $40-50 sometimes. I've never had to deal with it on an euro gear purchase (boots, scuba stuff, books, etc)
